Calling all California midwives, doulas, childbirth educators and lactation experts. Ina May's coming for a visit,October 2nd and 3rd, 2009 at Cal State University, Fullerton Campus. Ina May Gaskin will spend two days at CNMAs annual meeting providing education and support for the promotion of optimal childbirth practices and recommendations for our role in the emerging health care system.

CEU credit will be provided for the following topics.
 1. Spincter Law and Its Implications for 21st Century
 Maternity Care.
 2. The Safe Motherhood Quilt Project: Calling out maternal
 mortality in our current health care system.
 
 The entire CNMA board looks forward to a weekend of
 fellowship and collaboration as we share our life's work and
